Wins the Best Designer Award at the ‘2020 Korea Designer Fashion Awards’ on the 24th.

Recognized with last year’s presidential award and this year’s minister award.

Collaborated with global brands, such as Reebok and Canada Goose, this year.

JUUN.J won a minister’s award this year after winning a presidential award last year. 

Executive Director Wook Joon Jung, the creative director of JUUN.J, a global brand of Samsung C&T’s Fashion Group, announced on the 25th that the Minister’s award of Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, which is the best designer’s award, was bestowed at the 2020 Korea Designer Fashion Awards held at JW Marriot Dongdaemun Square Grand Ballroom on the 24th.

The event was hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism and managed by Korea Fashion Designers Association.

‘The best designer award’ bestowed as the Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism’s award selects candidates among the designers who have operated independent brands for 10 years or longer with fashion experts’ referrals and finalists through a review board of experts.
Executive Director Wook Joon Jung has been recognized for his exploration of the global market and contribution to the reputation of Korean brands in the global stage.

“I have been honored with the minister’s award this year after the presidential award at the Korea Fashion Awards last year and I promise to continue working toward the growth of K-Fashion,” said Executive Director Wook Joon Jung, the winner of the best designer award.  “I broadcasted a live digital fashion show due to the COVID19 and received a lot of compliments from customers in Korea and abroad.  JUUN.J’s future and worldview will always be shared to with the fashion lovers based on more distinct collections.”

JUUN.J first released in Korea the collaborative products with Reebok, a global sports brand, that were introduced at the ’20 F/W Paris Collection, and three styles of collaborative products with Canada Goose based on theme, ‘SYNTHESIZE.’
